All medication must be brought to the office in the original container by a parent. The parent will be asked to fill out a form that meets the legal requirements for administering medication at school.
All medication will be kept in the office, unless the parent brings a note from the doctor stating that the student must have immediate access to the medication.
Medication (even cough drops) brought by the student will be sent to the office and the parent will be contacted to fill out the proper paperwork
